Insulating a Garden Room.....

Stud is 4x2, wrapped outside edge with breathable membrane then 19mm T&G nailed to studwork.

Kingspan on the inside walls - do i fill the whole void ie 100mm Kingspan - or does there need to be an air gap?

Same again with the roof - its a flat roof done in 4x2 timber, covered with 18mm Ply and EPDM. Fill the whole void or leave an air gap?

Many Thanks

Did you not put the exterior cladding on battens? If not then don't full fill, use 75 or 80mm insulation, flush with the inside (ie: air gap on the cold side)
