Potterton Performa 24 - some issues.

If I go for this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Potterton-Performa-24-28-30HE-24-Eco-HE-Diverter-Valve-Repair-Kit-248061RK-/231286122646?pt=UK_DIY_Materials_Plumbing_MJ&hash=item35d9ba2896, do I need anything else? Any tips or it is straightforward repair? Thanks

Potterton Performa 24 - some issues.

I was considering those service kits but unsure if that would fix both issues. I would rather not to spend twice to make it to work. The cost of new valve is around £85, just a service kit £25. Is it worth to try with the kit? Thanks

Potterton Performa 24 - some issues.

If needs to be done... I make sure I have enough time to finish it! I made a mistake in my previous post, I was referring to the part number 248061 which is "hydraulic outlet assembly". It includes the valve (248062) and the pressure differential assy (248063). I assume that two parts you are...

Potterton Performa 24 - some issues.

Hi Having problems with the above boiler. It has a small leak between Valve 3way assembly and Pressure Differential Assy. My plan is to replace the whole valve part number 248041 to fix it. There is another problem - while heating is off and hot water in on, the radiators are getting warm. I...

Wiring extract fan - check list.

Let me rephrase my question as I think I know where this is heading. Based on my description is my wiring in line with the attached manufacture wiring diagram? I take your point here I did not follow part p in my testing so as the building standard is concerned the answer is NO. I only used...

Easy Fit SmartPhone Alarm vs SmartHome Alarm

I have looked at the Galaxy but prox keypad just put me off. I would like to get something more "modern" rather than setting up alarm scrolling line by line. I guess I'm more into iSmart "gadgety" alarms :/ Matt Is there app to control (arm/disalarm) Yale Smart Alarm system? Regards

Easy Fit SmartPhone Alarm vs SmartHome Alarm

Wireless only, iOS app remote control, two zones, IP (as my router has GSM failover line and control panel will be installed where there is no access to phone socket) or IP/GSM. The minimum would be 3 PIRs, 3 door contacts and external siren. Additionally it would be great to get 2 external PIR...
