Many thanks once again..... I have had a look and there does not appear to be anything that obvious that you would insert this key into......based on this and the fact that there is not a key, I would guess that I have a boiler without this option. On this basis, where do I go from here...

Hi Pal, Cheers for that - I have checked their website but cannot find the trims any larger than 12mm. You are right, the black ones look a bit naff - they do not match the black of the tiles...... cheers tony
