Yes I could do but I have a glued floor down in the room between the boiler and the meter. So it will cost be £1k to renew. I will prob leave it as it is withe the current meter as all working ok. if I change the floor in the future I will do the gas feed.

This is the meter. Steel coming into the house and gas valve. Then it goes out of the meter in lead. It feeds the boiler and an old gas fire which is no more. This gas fire feed is capped off in copper.

Spoke to my engineer and he said to open the zone valves so the UFH system just becomes part of the heating system. So I will just treat the UFH as if it's a rad and zone off all the rads when I come to clean out the UFH part. Sounds easier.

I would rather connect through the rad in the living room where I have the washing machine connection to fill up plus dumping water is easy. Boiler is top of house. Does no one know how I connect onto my UFH manifold?

It is an option but just a lot more work. There are 13 rads plus UFH Any idea on how I connect in to the UFH manifold?
