I have the engineers installation manual and user guides already thanks so no worries about anyone supplying me with copyrighted material. I have all the codes to reprogram just not sure where to start. Thanks for your help - think I will have to call someone out.

Nope no loittle bag inside and cant see anything in a holder (not sure what transformer is) Will battery last long? Brand new in today. Is there a way to disconnect so that battery doesnt die?

So the fuses inside are under the little brown covers? I will need to try and get one tomorrow.
