OK So now I have reset to factory defaults and dont know how to reprogram it. Any advice please?

And remember to tell Cooper Security your giving away copyrighted material. As the panel is still listed so the engineers manual is not for general release.

I have the engineers installation manual and user guides already thanks so no worries about anyone supplying me with copyrighted material.
I have all the codes to reprogram just not sure where to start. Thanks for your help - think I will have to call someone out.
