Sooey..... no, it just juts straight out. dcawkwell.... I would but the heating is on the fritz and it'll cost to set up another policy elsewhere as I have a fault to fix. Ironically it the same engineer who reported 'pipe' and didn't fix problem and they won't come back til the remedial work...

After 7 years it has been brought to our attention by our boiler repair insurers, that the PVR Discharge pipe needs remedial work, otherwise they will void our policy. It currently is on an external wall about 7 feet high and have been told it needs to be at floor level. Can the adaptation...

I have, for my sins, an Ideal Isar HE30. It has an intermittent fault where the heating won't kick in. Water is absolutely fine. Haver tried re-setting, fiddling with the room thermostat, pressing advance timer...but nothing. No fault code displays. This has happened a few times and just...

He was going to change the vessel. Apparently with the HE30 model, the vessel is an absolute nightmare to get to - not much space, located at the top at the back, so he was going to put an external one and tap into the boiler - if that makes sense. But as the boiler pressure is not going high...

I have an Isar HE30 - I know, never mind!! Before Xmas, it sprung a leak inside and at the pipe outside when the pressure got high. Had an heating engineer in, who replaced 'bits/valves' in the boiler and now no more leaks. When he tested before he left, he noticed that the pressure crept...
