I bought 3 of these loos 3 years ago and hate them! 
Always skid marks down the back of the pan on the first 2 installed and (un)luckily I broke the 3rd one putting it in.
I made sure the replacement had better alignment!
I have never understood why our continental neighbours want to see what they've done when they have had a good sit.

I never got used to these toilets when I lived in Germany and Holland, they stink for a start. What's noticeable in the countries that have them is that their flush is almost like a jetwash rather than the dump a load of water into the pan flushes we have.
If they're going to sell Europans then they should also include the Euro cistern mechanics.
