TRV's top or bottom?

We had to pipe em TBOE for council contracts , 15mm copper coming out through floor , set back to wall over skirting board , clipped to wall & offset out again into TRV , was a pig of a job pipeing up 300mm high rads with 10" skirting boards. 
Be thankful you didn't have to do it in Barrel.
