No modern domestic boiler will accommodate gravity circulation. Do a bit of research. Copex cannot be reused in that location. What do YOU mean by keeping water gravity fed?

its pumped centrel heating and gravity to cylinder is ther a boiler which i could use a flexy flue up the chimnet

45yearsagasman told you, the whole lot will have to be modernized, no new boiler does gravity circs, So your choice is fully upgrade or keep the existing boiler untill its made redundant which won't be long, they'll make the parts extinct shorly,

You want a sealed system.
You can still use the gravity hot water pipes to the cylinder without
disruption to this. It will just be pumped through.
I suggest you upgrade the tank too unless it is very recent so that
it has a fast recovery coil otherwise the boiler will be cycling on and off
while heating hot water.

System boiler is what you are looking for.

You won't be able to have the boiler flue going up the chimney not
unless you want to pay so the boiler will be moving to an outside wall.

There are boilers available with in-chimney flues, conventional or balanced flue.
