Texecom installer

Hi,

After doing some research I have decided to go with a Texecom Ricochet system, but I'm finding it difficult to find a company that supplies/installs them.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Please PM me or post a reply if you have pone of these and can recommend an installer.

go on texecom website they have a section for the local installer.

Hmm.....the only link I can see on their website is for registered installers to login.
I might be missiing something tho, so can you please post a url?

Ah yes, I tried that and I've not had a call back. I also called the number numerous times today but it was not picked up

As mentioned a look on Texecom`s site should assist.
Failing that google NACOSS or SSAIB.

Joe, how kind you recommend my services. Your crystal ball linking my abode to the OP`s is uncanny. As your so well informed could you also form a quote for the works needed. Please do not forget the minor works cert if needed.
I am really sorry for the late reply, I have had a busy couple of days in court taking a defaulting payer to the cleaners. So your assumption of not working was spot on in this occasion.

I still cannot see why you did not offer your services for this. Something so trivial ( Sorry OP) should be within your capabilities.

I've still not had a call back after leaving my details on the Texecom website.
Alarm - how much of a premium is 'Mesh Technology' compared to other kit out there? 10%? 15%?

It is reasonable, I cannot give you a percentage as I use products for their applications. So I would value something over another for the application.

Mesh is good as it can overcome "black-spots" in a way others have not been able to. So it is worth its weight in gold in certain circumstances.

As for no response from Texecom I will pass this on to them at a high level. As I know they do hold their customer services to heart.

If you have a large range, limited wiring options and or solid walls to counter then Mesh will be the better technology.

As I typed this I have mailed Texecom about your inquiry.

Many thanks for your help. From having a Veritas 8 at my last house which served is well for over 10 years, I'd like to go for new technology with the comfort of knowing it is reliable from a manufacturer I have had a good experience with in the past.

Nice to see product loyalty, makes a change.
I am sure the lack of response is a technical hitch rather than you being ignored.

I have to point out I am no way associated or earn from Texecom or other manufacturers whom I may recommend at times. As with most here we like to assist and make the items we mention be the applicable ones needed.

I am not aware of your contact details, rightly so on a public forum. But I am sure a representative will make contact on here to assist you further.
