I got my keys today, anther house to refurbish, so probably not be on here as much as of late, it'll give JBR time to get his "thanks" score up to my level

seriously I did have a bit of fun giving DIYers some info, Woody seems to dislike people muscling in on his territory

, also Bristol based sparkies & gas bods, I need some work done, the road between Bell tools and Lidl, opposite the gates almost of that massive building site that's been going on for the last couple of years, there's a bus stop outside the house almost and my tatty old Fiat Scudo on the drive or get my phone no. off my board if I'm not there. Remember that the thanks system was introduced when many of the most helpful posters alreadly had posted thousands of useful posts. Long time helpful posters will have a percentage lower than it should be.

Also remember that those with the highest thanks get them by giving advice in the gas fitters forum that the ordinary punter can't even access. In fact those with the most thanks have NEVER been thanked by a member of the public. Why is that?

The thanks system is for the general public to thank the experts for their time.

Not for ball massaging in the combustion chamber. Why should they get thanked for not helping the public?
