I have no experience with boiler, I touched the flue duct on the top of the boiler,
it hurt, very very hot, I think it's over 100 Celsius (°C), is this normal?
also the top of the boiler is quiet hot, I guess it's over 65 Celsius (°C).
I stopped the boiler now...

the problem history: two week ago:
1. my boiler had a problem when I had a shower, hot water stopped, flashing quickly, I reset it working again.

2. the next day reset sometime working sometime not, asked a plumber checked, he had no confidence, said: might be PCB, but he said I might pay for nothing, so we stuck there

3, After 2 days, the boiler stop working completely, no CH no HW, flash every second, reset no help. the fuse broken, replaced still broke again, at last I found: the overheating melted 2 wires(red one green one)which are for overheat thermostat and water pressure switch and air pressure switch, I fix the broken wires, then the fuse no longer broke, but boiler still not working

4. replaced a PCB, flashing quickly, checked fan is working, short the air pressure switch, then I can hear spark, but no ignite, not working, linked out the water pressure switch, WOW, Ignite! fire up,

5. I am trying to check if the boiler is overheating or not...

It probably is a wind up. With your IQ of 127 you should be able to read the clues!

But if not, he is very dangerous and the site should delete his post!

I'm assuming this is a wind up.... but in the interests of fairness....

What boiler is it?

Hi, Dan, It's worcester 28i junior,
I really don't know the boiler things, I'm not joking,
could you please tell if the Flue duct should be hot or not?
 I might make you laughing, but before you learned boiler thing, do you have any clues with it? :D

Yes I got an answer:

The flue been very hot is probably normal. There is fire in there. Not all heat can be transmited to the water and the exaust is thus still very hot.
The top of the boiler is also expected to be hot.
For both, you should check the boiler manual. It should mention the normal working temperature at some key locations.

I think Tony and Dan probably understand that bit........

More to the point, there is obviously something pretty wrong with your boiler. Wires should not be melting, fuses blowing, having to bypass switches to make it fire.

It doesn't really sound like you have the skills to troubleshoot and fix this I think you need to find someone who can.

Admittedly, not always as easy as it sounds, I do think there are quite a lot of plumbers around who don't really understand how to troubleshoot modern boilers, and tend to just go for the replace bit until it works approach. Then again , plenty of people seem expect someone to come out and diagnose a problem for free. And really, you are going to get what you pay for.

A flue on that boiler getting to that temperature is NOT NORMAL. Melting wires is NOT NORMAL. You clearly have no idea what you are doing, so stop poking around inside something that can kill you / your family / your neighbours and get a professional in to fix the problem.

Yes we all have to learn somewhere, but gas appliances are not something you learn about by the trial and error method. Let us know if you do carry on poking around it so we can nominate you for a Darwin award.

:D I really don't mind pay for my warm home, at the first place I called the plumber, I paid the plumber call out charge £50.
He said: "I can buy the PCB for £200, plus labour fee, after installation if it's still not working, , I cannot return the PCB board, because it's opened".
if you are the customer, will you ask him to do the job?
Then he tried to sell a boiler to me, which are all much more then the market price also not good make.

then I called few plumbers...

I think I will call worcester "A team" for the job, lots of plumbers I called they might know a bit more than me, they just have no confidence with their job, how do I know they won't kill the others.
Cowboy everywhere, only hold a license to hide their face :D
