Waste pipes under block & beam (ground) floor?

Please can someone offer some advice?

When building our extension, we discovered that the neighbours' sewer pipe went straight into our manhole, which we had planned to remove.
As such, we were instructed by the water company, to provide an inspection chamber outside of the building (extension) footprint to provide a direct route for potential rodding.

Subsequently, we decided on a block & beam floor for the extension.

I am just wondering...although a change in direction wasn't allowed for the (combined) sewer pipe, is it still acceptable to run my sink & basin wastes underneath the block & beam floor?

I have seen lots of photos online with pipes passing up through the floor so I can't see why this would be a problem, or does it ultimately depend on the local authority?

Thanks.

Our builder used 110mm straight runs to the inspection chamber from the sink in the kitchen island. Seems fine to me!

I think its unlikely to be an issue in principle, but will need to be done in 110mm pipe, reducing above finished floor level. I cant see the BCO allowing anything else.

I think that would be for BCO to confirm, but personally wouldn't do it, for the simple reason, if it ever blocked, you are going to struggle to access the branch to clear it. Clearing any blockage from inside is neither easy, nor pleasant.

Kitchen wastes habitually build up fat deposits, and whilst it may take a few years for any significant to collect, it is always a risk it may block at some point in the future. Grease blockages are one of the worst to remove, as the kit gets plastered.
