Need to install plasterboard ceiling fixings and not sure which product / combination of products to use.

The ceiling fixings need to have looped (preferably eye) ends which would allow rope ratchet hangers (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hydroponic-Lighting-Hanger-Rope-Ratchet/dp/B005PGR91C) to be attached/clipped to the eye. The rope ratchet hangers will be supporting t5 florescent grow lights (https://www.onestopgrowshop.co.uk/products/maxibright-lightwave-t5-216w-4-x-4ft-tubes) which weigh about 6kg and would be supported/clipped to the rope ratchet hangers at either end.

Plasterboard is sound bloc 15mm.

If you can find the joists, a screw eye would do

Can I ask a daft question, do these just get screwed straight into the plasterboard, or do they need a raw plug (if so is there any particular type of raw plug they need)?
The nylon unit is a plug, it screws into the plasterboard, pilot hole might help as ylonaccoustic plasterboard is quite dense. Then screw eye screws into nylon plug.
