How to get PolyPipe PEX to bend out of shallow screed behind kitchen units?

I've ran two 15mm PolyPipe pipes which will be buried in about 45mm screed. My problem is that I can't get the pipe to bend enough to allow it to come up out of the screen nearer to the wall.

At the moment the pipe will end up coming out of the screed about 15cm from the wall which is no good as the washing machine will be in the way.

Is there a way (without elbows in the screed) to get the pipe to flex more of a 90 degree bend to get it to come out of the screed closer to the wall?

Thanks chaps

I'm guessing you don't want to use elbows to avoid the risk of a leak at a later date.

if so, you could always trench the subfloor so that the bend in the pipe is lower down and therefore the pipe comes out of the screed closer to the wall.

I thought about doing this but it's a lot of work as I don't have the right tools to trench it out. Thanks though.

Is that bend as tight as a cold former will give you?

I just bought a few of these to try it out... hopefully it works well! Thanks

Just bend the pipe to run horizontal along the wall and then up. Looking at your picture, lay the pipe over to the left using as shallow a bend as desired so it runs parallel to the wall and then bend it upwards....

Hopefully they managed to get at least that bend done, in the last 4 months ;)

For sure & wasn't having a dig .... was just mentioning it as it happens all the time that sometimes newer contributers don't realise that a post they are replying to is pretty old and its all probably done and dusted by now (y)
