I had this system fitted last year replacing my existing premier 88.
My query is when i set the alarm i get a text banner displaying "WELCOME JOHN" and I do get the same message when coming home disarming the alarm.

I when through the installation manual and user manual and can not find any infos how to edit these, unless I miss out something.

Can some please point me out to the right direction.

Just the User name I suspect for the code you have entered.

Welcome Back John or Welcome John?

Need to now the exact message and at what point it appears

only shows "welcome back john " when I set for exit !!

so the user name assigned to that code is John.

you can check that if you are the Master User or have the engineers code and look at setup users.
