Shifted shower drain pipe

Hi, been told that a leak I am having a problem with is due to the drain pipe shifting. It is clear to see that It has moved out of place just by looking through the drain. Its an old shower pan. Is there anyway of fixing this without taking up the shower pan? Or does It need fixing and pan replacing? Thanks

Can you see below the tray ? Take pics of waste pipe and shower trap if possible,and post here.

If it's upstairs then it may be easier going from downstairs/underneath. I take it that's where you're seeing the leak?

Yes, I am starting to think It may be time to redo the whole bathroom. Was just thinking about a quick fix to buy me time...
