Cant find any info on how to adjust this door hinge for height

Hello,

Been looking online but I cannot find any information on this door hinge. I need to adjust it upwards if possible. I can see an L & R on one part of the hinge, but I have not idea what type of tool I would use to adjust it or if it possible. Any help would be great.

Dont fit doors however most likely either an Allen key or a Torx key at a guess.

Thanks for the reply. Yea my other door is Allen key, but if you look at the photos there is nowhere to use that type of tool. Where would you make the adjustment? It's doesn't look to be Allen or hex I have tried all those tools.

Does the white cylinder section unclip to reveal adjustment screws?
