It's listed as a kit on the CPC page, and there's an entry for it having a UK mains plug, so on balance I'd say it should include the PSU, but it's always worth doublechecking with any supplier before purchase.
My wholesaler supplies this as part of its Antiference range, then there's Wolsey-, Labgear- and Triax-branded gear all with PSUs. I'm sure though that other options exist where the PSU is supplied separately. Caveat emptor.
My postcode is Np12, I've not checked which transmitter I'm pointing at.
My guess is that antiference amp does not come with the power supply, but just guessing.
