Ideal Vogue gen 2 thermostat ideal halo

Hi
I have ideal vogue gen 2 combi boiler. The ideal touch thermostat i had stopped working.

So I bought ideal halo thermostat. But I cannot get it to fit. The connector to the boiler is totally different.

Can the ideal halo thermostat be fitted to to the boiler.
I thought it would be plug and play system.

Did you receive instructions with your new Halo 'stat?
Did you read them, and follow them?
Ideal customer service should be able to help, especially as you have one of their 'premium' products.

The instructions show the plug and play system, where you just plug into boiler.

If its an older Vogue it will need an extra bit...ring ideal technical.

Hi,
Rang ideal as the boiler is before 2019 it needs extra part , and is not plug play. Needs to be wired up. Bit annoying as I will have to gas safety person to fix it.
