Replacement for Passivent Hygro

I'm looking for a replacement for the "Passivent Hygro" vent covers that have been our house... a very long time.
These appear to contain a spring, and have vents that close when there is draft of wind from the exhaust.
They measure 26cm x 16cm in size.
Any assistance in finding a suitable replacement would be really appreciated.

Hi Jase,
I have just come across one, in a bathroom.
Taking the cover off, it appears to be a simple bi-metallic strip that mechanically activates the shutters!! How easy !
Of course, my customer has asked for a replacement cover, or a new unit altogether (im the sparky) and can I hella's like find one.
How did you get on pls?

The only replacement I have been able to find is:

I appreciate your help.
Is your existing duct 100 or 125mm?
Only some appear to be 125.... I was considering changing it for an electric 100mm fan (mains), but didn't measure the existing one.
