If you mean "Too small" based on 102 to 117mm that's the pan spigot range. The external fins, which are conical, are circa 125mm, the size the op requested.

There are no fins/gasket/seals on the Osma 4S730. How would it seal?

It should not need to. The end facing the camera will go into the OP's 125mm ID pipe. The other end will take a pan spigot of between 102 and 117mm OD.

The fitting is currently in the concrete, so will need a Pan connector unless he can get an S trap pan.

Ah, forgot the concreted into floor bit.
Would need to use a Multikwik Multilink or a stub of 110mm soil pipe.
 
Be a lot simpler to push the multilink straight into the 110mm pipe and fill the socket with whatever :rolleyes:
