We are close to buying this house, survey done etc, however we went back for another look and I spotted the crack in the picture below (surprised the surveyor missed it). Been back in touch with him and he has been back and isn’t concerned by it however I know these things seldom get any better.
It’s an early 70’s bungalow and the brickwork is only on one corner and one side of the building (guess it was a design feature at the time).
Crack is on the shorter side of the house if that makes a difference. It runs from roofline to DPC.
Any thoughts please?
