If fitting a vanity and concealed cistern in a cloak room. Is it best to Lino/laminate under the units. I.e fit first or fit the units and the the flooring after? Thanks

Thanks the vanity and concleaded cistern hasn't been fit yet. It's getting laminate flooring. Clipped together flooring
