Central heating pump leaking

Dear plumbing and central heating gurus,

Good evening.

I recently noticed that underfloor heating pump is leaking. The heating is working. Due to the leak, boiler pressure keeps dropping. See the photos where the rusty water dripping through.

I am wondering, for fixing the leaking, do I need to replace the whole pump or change the washers, or just use sealant? Please advice. Thanks.

Have you tried tightening the joint?

Just tighten this nut up a bit if you can with some grips.
