Deflection. They aren't the Government

No deflection.

I did say "will do"

JohnD likes his continual rants about the shower in charge but offers no solutions ............... so I hope he's going to continue his rants after the next election.

What could be "more informed" than looking at the state and/or shortage of:

- our GP and dental provision

Both the direct result of Labour policies ......

So unless taxes rise then little will change AND I've repeatedly said I'm happy to pay more tax / NI - which the majority don't seem to want to do.

The schools and hospitals had been robbed - of necessary investment, maintenance, support, replacement funds - for decades; that is why they were in such a state to require drastic measures.

So if Gordon Brown had borrowed the money and increased the debt, the UK would have full control over all the PFI sites that are paying over the odds and will to continue to the odds for a long time yet. PFI agreements are typically 25 - 30 years.

Prudent government would not have let it come to that in the first place.

It's all very well knocking the solution but it is the same story - kicking the can down the road - time after time, when it comes to maintaining and replacing UK infrastructure and services.
