Structural engineer - Lateral load calculations

All, Is it possible for a structural engineer to calculate the lateral load of the blockwork wall to fix bifold doors to? Im assuming that this is possible but maybe more difficult / time consuming to calculate than steel? Is there any rule of thumb data anyone is aware of?

I expect so because this is the kind of thing they do. I expect it is easy peasy for a qualified structural engineer.
