Is it possible to have more than 50k in premium bonds

I gave away a flat that I rented out as part of my divorce. At the time:
ground rent was fixed at £150 a year
building insurance was a rip off £500 via the freeholder
Maintenance was £1,100 resident controlled
Insurance LL £200
While I normally kept my tenants for more than a few years. agents wanted 8% to get you a tenant. Thats with me writing my own contracts
then there is the electric inspections and sh*t they dream up that needs changing.

I cleared about £8k gross profit and had to then pay 45% tax on that...

.. which was nice :)

I like large tax bills, it makes you feel reasurred that you are a big hitter.
