Cost of replacing lift suspension belts

I live in a block of flats with 8 flats. There is one lift. The lift goes from the basement to ground floor, first, second, third and fourth floor. How much should it reasonably cost to replace the lift suspension belts?
 
If the work costs more than £250 (which it will) then you should be given consultation and the opportunity to nominate your own choice of contractor for a quote.

There is a defined process and time periods. If your landlord does not follow this, then you may not have to pay your share.
