Labour party are re organising councils to make bigger regions to make savings.

If these re organised councils have elections next year, they would need to have another one the following year…costing tax payers money.

Why are you always slagging "unintelligent" people? Intelligence is inherent, same as is race, sexuality, various disabilities etc. Yet criticism of any of those traits becomes an "ism" to be used legally and politically.

Local councils are the ones making a decision.

i don't want reform running anything - but I want to live in a democracy where we have elections
