She was deliberately blocking the agents from undertaking their duties. This had been happening all day by her.
It's a one way street. The victim's car was parked in parallel with the killer's car and with the cars of other ICE agents. She was no more blocking the street than they were. All they were doing was videoing the agents.

Towards the guy who did the shooting. The one in front of the car. Not the one trying to stop her reaching in the window.
But where is the evidence for that. In what way was she blocking them. All the videos show is the wife recording them.

The arguments put forward by some on here that she was simply making a U turn is absurd. Even when her wife tried getting in the car she drove off with no regard for the safety of anyone. She should have stopped and got out the car when ordered to do so. She would have been arrested for obstruction or other offences, she would not have been shot. She escalated the situation into the outcome herself.
You mean the masked men that deliberately positioned themselves near to and in front of her vehicle. They attacked her - correct.

I was uninterested.
Everyone knows that. Where have you been for the last three days.
But having now watched the video and the reconstruction. I can’t see the argument that it was murder or unlawful killing, measured by their (US) standards.
Since you’ve claimed it’s a slum dunk, maybe you can suggest why the officer in front of the vehicle would not reasonably be able to argue that he feared she would run in him over in her attempt to escape.

Yep. I think it’s close. But I think on balance the shooter had grounds. Under their laws.
Eminem and Nosenout seem to disagree but I think they might be applying a moral test that most on here would agree with.
Armed masked men surrounded her vehicle. Other armed masked men deliberately positioned themselves at the front of her vehicle. Whilst some of those masked armed men tried to reach in to her vehicle and tried also to open her door.
She was in fear of her life - guess what.

She knew who they were and why they were there and the “masked men” had Police on thier uniforms and blue and red lights on their vehicle.
She was in fear of being arrested and decided to ignore instructions and escape.
