ICE told to get the eff out

Armed masked men surrounded her vehicle. Other armed masked men deliberately positioned themselves at the front of her vehicle. Whilst some of those masked armed men tried to reach in to her vehicle and tried also to open her door.

She was in fear of her life - guess what.
She knew who they were and why they were there and the “masked men” had Police on thier uniforms and blue and red lights on their vehicle.

She was in fear of being arrested and decided to ignore instructions and escape.

I was uninterested.

But having now watched the video and the reconstruction. I can’t see the argument that it was murder or unlawful killing, measured by their (US) standards.

Since you’ve claimed it’s a slum dunk, maybe you can suggest why the officer in front of the vehicle would not reasonably be able to argue that he feared she would run in him over in her attempt to escape.

By the time he took the shots he was to the side of the vehicle and in no danger.

I’m not buying that. The shot went through the windscreen. I’ve seen arguments that her wheels were turned away from him. But he may not have seen that. She was heading towards him and ignoring instructions to stop.

I think it’s close and morally wrong to shoot. But these are their rules.

A woman's car is approached and surrounded by armed masked men, shouting at her, trying to reach into the car, trying to open the car door and then she is shot dead attempting to move away from the attackers.

Murder - end of.

Morally wrong, definitely.

Here is a photo just before the killer fired the first shot. The killer is arrowed in red. Moments before, the killer had videoed the victim putting on full right hand lock. It is obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse which way the car was going.

The facts are that she was aggravating the agents, she knew who they were, she drove at them using her car as a weapon, she felt so entitled that she chose to ignore their orders, she felt safe enough to do all of these things even though she had a gun pointing directly at her, her last facial expression seen was her smiling at the agents. No signs of fear only arrogance.

Pointless as it shows nothing, its like a photo of an alien in the woods.

Do you think that ICE agents are told by those that train them, that they are going to be able to mask-up and arm-up and stroll up to folk and ask them to come along peacefully and cheerfully, in busy neighbourhoods across the US?

Or do you think that maybe they are trained that, in the land of free speech, there maybe one or two folk that are going to object to their presence?
