Please find me a better shot of the location of the killer when the first shot is fired. This is the only footage I have seen which shows properly where everyone is standing. All the rest are obscured in some way.

No Idea, not from what I have seen. His face was concealed though. Very menacing and not at all what you'd expect from a police traffic stop.

I agree that she was in fear of her life once they had her car surrounded masks on, weapons ready and attempting to enter her car. It was at this point she must have sensed it getting very nasty and when she began fearing for he life. Guess what...
