She obviously attempted to cause an obstruction and was ordered to stop. She failed to comply and the only real debate is whether the officer who shot her had grounds because she was or was not putting him in serious danger.

Did the use of force violate her 4th amendment rights?

There is no evidence of that so far. None of the videos show her obstructing anyone. None of the videos show her being told to move. The first order she receives is to get out of the car.

There was lots of other "peaceful" protesters at the scene, how many of those were shot and killed? That will be zero, ask your yourself why wasn't anyone else shot and just her?
