A protestor is shot dead and the administration calls her a 'domestic terrorist' to justify the extra judicial killing in broad daylight, gaslighting eyewitnesses in due process. Once more, for the wangers who applaud this action: she was not a criminal fleeing justice, and consequently did not have to be gunned down.
This is not an objective view.

nothing they can say will ever convince me it was the right thing to do.

And none of your argument has convinced me, either.
Nobody has said shooting her was the right thing to do. That does not make it unlawful, by their laws.

The ICE thugs have been given immunity from prosecution.

Says Vice President JD Vance.

And numerous other Trumpists.

Luckily Trump has packed the Supreme Court with his sycophants, and hands out pardons to his buddies.

Feel free to post a sources that shows he said
I think we know you can’t.

Vance did say this:

“That guy is protected by absolute immunity,” Vice President JD Vance said last week of the ICE agent who killed Ms. Good, 37. “He was doing his job.”

and this:

The precedent here is very simple. You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action. That’s a federal issue. That guy is protected by absolute immunity.

He did say this:
Indeed.
Didn’t call them thugs.
Was specifically referring to this situation
Did not say all ICE are immune.
Has not specifically granted any immunity to ICE.

His error was stating absolute immunity instead of qualified immunity, which is not new and not specific to ICE.

Hence.

The ICE thugs have been given immunity from prosecution.
Is a lie.

It is the circumstances that may give him qualified immunity from civil liability. But you know this.
