Changed your tune somewhat, all you loonies screaming murder and he will be sat in jail, cold blooded murder etc.. Yeah ok. You loonies need to respect the law and realise that you only think you can act and say as you like, this is the reality check that you need.
You loony righties are such hypocrites.

A protestor is shot dead and the administration calls her a 'domestic terrorist' to justify the extra judicial killing in broad daylight, gaslighting eyewitnesses in due process. Once more, for the wangers who applaud this action: she was not a criminal fleeing justice, and consequently did not have to be gunned down.

Can the agent be prosecuted?

Probably not.

They may claim his actions were legal but nothing they can say will ever convince me it was the right thing to do.

This is not an objective view.

And none of your argument has convinced me, either.
Nobody has said shooting her was the right thing to do. That does not make it unlawful, by their laws.

The ICE thugs have been given immunity from prosecution.

Says Vice President JD Vance.

And numerous other Trumpists.

Luckily Trump has packed the Supreme Court with his sycophants, and hands out pardons to his buddies.

Feel free to post a sources that shows he said
I think we know you can’t.

Vance did say this:

“That guy is protected by absolute immunity,” Vice President JD Vance said last week of the ICE agent who killed Ms. Good, 37. “He was doing his job.”

and this:

The precedent here is very simple. You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action. That’s a federal issue. That guy is protected by absolute immunity.
