Bosch fridge/freezer KAG90A120G/08 ice maker problem

@humo - I joined JUST to say thank you! Without your picture, I would never have figured it out. And @KnockerDK, for the 3d file. Just sent that off to a nylon 3d printers ... which should (or so chatgpt tells me) be stronger than the original abs part. Really bad of Bosch to stop selling the parts long before it should be necesssary to replace the fridge.

Same problem, Purchased a replacement from Amazon in Germany. Good for about a month and then the same failure. Please advise if part becomes available? Feels like it should be made of cast alloy as the tensile strength of plastic at sub zero temperatures does not seem sufficient. Too many cases for it not to be a design fault……
