Why does my kitchen waste always block?

It's a simple difference of opinion, don't overthink it.

BTW, no left over roast potatoes, no grease, no lard, no fatbergs go in it.

Your neighbour buys a drum kit and plays it outside at 2am. You collar him and point out it’s antisocial and has a deleterious effect on other people outside the boundary of his property.

He says he’s busy, he works shifts and sleeps in the day, he doesn’t have any space to keep it in the house and anyway, he tells you it’s just a difference of opinion and you shouldn’t overthink it

Still haven’t answered the question

My WDU, I call her Wendy, is antisocial? How dare you.

You've asked a lot of questions, mostly based on wrong assumptions, give me your best one and I'll try harder.

You consider the destruction of the environment a mere "difference of opinion".
You claim that the facts that protect the environment are "based on wrong assumptions".
Facts are not opinions or assumptions - ask the Water Utilities that spend large amounts on treating Disposal waste.

As for Wendy Bobbitt, I do hope that you keep a little distance in your relations with her?

The quotes are from your posts of course - have you since changed your mind in view of the challenge of rational argument & facts?

Of course they aren't. Grease and fat and fatbergs were mentioned. Wrong assumptions, and that's only a few of them.

Let's move on, sadly we'll probably never hear from the OP again.

Sorry to see you & "Wendy"clutching at fatbergs - hopefully now you know you will never have to do it again?

You want me to detail what we put down our WDU? Seriously?

I want you to tell me what you need it for, need being defined by “something that cannot be binned or flushed, and hence can only be realistically disposed of in a WDU”

I genuinely cannot think of anything, and all the things I can think that routinely get put down them are all things that only essentially cause problems for sewage systems
