I used some white upvc quadrant on mine - just glued it to the door cill so that the floating floor can still move beneath it if it has to.
Quickstep Incizo wood trim would be best there.
Looks like a neat install so far! For those tricky areas where the door frame protrudes, you can use a matching flexible acrylic caulk or silicone sealant to fill the expansion gap smoothly. Another clean option is using a color-matched scotia bead trimmed to fit the contours precisely.
