Well it doesn't, but the rules are that as a hgv or coach driver, To qualify for a UK Group 2 HGV (lorry or bus) licence, you must achieve a visual acuity of at least 6/7.5 (decimal 0.8) on the Snellen scale in your better eye, and at least 6/60 (decimal 0.1) in your other eyego to an optician. Their opinion would be classed expert rather than a general medical eye exam.
How does needing reading glasses affect your ability to drive?
Aparantly that is the bottom line of the chart, I have always passed this easily.
