As this is a new appliance to you, make sure you have it set to dry. if still no heat, unplug appliance remove lid. you will see 3 thermostats 1 will have a small pin on top press this if it clicks you will have heat on tumble drying, please make sure you UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE FIRST.
