Siemens iQ300 dryer

I have a Siemens iQ300 condenser washer dryer. It is not heating up on drying cycles.
I have removed top and can't see any trip switch.
The dryer is used maybe twice a month since purchased.

The model is WD12D523 and it is 3.5 years old.
