No reason to let them out 7 months early then. Unless its to enable them to commit more crime, so they can be recalled. Not really a great strategy. Is some justice better than none ?
Sentencing remarks and sentencing is about the length of time they must serve, before being considered for release - i.e. a bit late criticising the sentence once they are up for release. If you agree with the sentence then you agree with the release. These crims should not be out on the streets early.
It depends on what they are being released into, if its a halfway house or on curfew I cannot see what difference that makes to the category D prison they are either in or due to be in at the 50% mark of their sentence - that's the rehabilitation phase of the prison part of a sentence. No reason to let them out 7 months early then. Unless its to enable them to commit more crime, so they can be recalled. Not really a great strategy.
Regarding your 3 rapists, I'd read their sentencing remarks (I haven't) it will help you work out the circumstances.
Utterly irrelevant regards their release date. You have looked at my words but read and responded to a completely different post - again.Sentencing remarks serve as reminder of their criminal conduct

It's entirely relevant if you intent to give them the benefit of an earlier release and want to check if there are people who should be excluded based on their criminal conduct.Utterly irrelevant regards their release date. You have looked at my words but read and responded to a completely different post - again.
Who says they are being released early? It's entirely relevant if you intent to give them the benefit of an earlier release

Yes. They are being released as per the current prison overcrowding scheme. They are not being treaded favourably or otherwise, than any other prisoner in that respect.have you even been following the thread?

The scheme Labour introduced - which releases people even earlier.Yes. They are being released as per the current prison overcrowding scheme. They are not being treaded favourably or otherwise than any other prisoner, in thet respect.
