Hi, thanks for the advice. Its alot more than rattling its more a vibration. I will remove the case this weekend as you say and see how it goes.

Got the part changed but the vibrating random noise is still there when using hot water / and nkw when heating is on. Does anyone know what’s causing this? The water pressure is good in my area and the boiler pressure is at 1bar...

Thanks Chris. A few months before this issue, I noticed that the boiler would like vibrate for a bit when running hot water. Then after a few seconds it would stop when the tap was opened a lot more. Not sure if the two are linked. Will contact an engineer.

Hi all Started to get a leak from underneath this boiler last few days. The pressure isn’t dropping on the system so assume it’s the inlet that’s leaking. Water is clear-ish as well. I’ve opened it up and taken some pics of the leak below to see where the leak is coming from. Any advice...

Hi, been reading numerous posts about sealing block paving. I am heading towards the Poly based seal like Resiblock. My brindle block paving was laid about 5 years ago and is due a jet wash and re-sand but want to seal it this time round. Im after a gloss/wet finish (2 coats?) so any advice...

Every few months, but that said, its the fan fins that i clean and any dirt visible. Been tempted to WD40 the spindle but thought would check on here first...

Hi, does this mean having a sensor on the front door? can he not just change to timed exit of say 30seconds?

yes it has worked but only if zone 1 ( exit/entry) is not open/active when alarm is set. zone 1 is entry/exit. man is coming over this week to change the mode from entry to timed...

Hi, I already had an external gsm dialler so just wanted a way to get notifications via internet of alarm state and control and comip fitted the bill.

ok will wait for the man to come back. no messing apart frm setting up the keypad app to use comip. like i said, it happens occassionally and i think thats the issue with the pir detection.

thanks for the relies. yes was installed professionally. i have access to Wintex as i was given the eng/udp code when we setup comip and had to config the details. No door contact, only pir on exit.
