Hi, I want to change my single socket switch as the one I currently have is very old. Whats the difference between a single pole socket switch and a double pole socket switch? I am assuming I should purchase a single pole socket switch?

Just fitted some GU10 led bulbs (Meridian) and they seem to be way more better and look great. Hopefully they last long!!!!

Called Uw today. Found out a lot of info. They do seem an all round good company. Their unit charges are lower than Eon which is ideal so will have a think about probably switching next month after the government’s energy price guarantee

The bulbs were recently fitted. Has only been like 2 months. They are definitely LED Gu10 bulbs. The colour change happens after the light has been on for a few minutes. Sometimes its really bright and perfect, then after a few minutes it starts to slowly dim down and then at some point turn pink.

Yes. Gas is the main issue. Gas I am getting charged more for than electricity. But I am literally reducing gas by hardly putting my heating on. Rarely put the central heating on and maybe like 2 hrs a day for gas heating

Ok cool. They won’t be faulty. Its the tap that is the main issue. The skin has peeled away and gets stuck, doesn’t move smoothly. I have had the tap for like 6 years.

Would I also need to purchase these attachments? I am assuming not because I can just use the ones I already have
