Back again :roll: Bled the radiators and the pump and when running on C/H only the system is working fine. However when the H/W is on the pump runs for a few mins and then starts making a noise. We switch the pump off and bleed it and all is well for a few mins until it starts again...

Disagree. If you are like me then turning water off completely is something you only want to do once. If you fit isolating valves to hot and cold then you can connect new sink to these - and they are always there when you need to replace a tap washer. Cost a couple of quid from the sheds.
