Hey, Can you buy proper dowels in long lengths and bigger diameters? I just made a rustic bench out of some scrap sleepers and ended up making 100mm (square) dowels, with 50mm going into each piece. That meant making 50mm deep square holes! Great little project to practice fine chisel work...

Thanks. The doors do close properly and tight. What I mean is when the door is fully open and you get a gush of wind the door swings into the lining and 'bounces' on the latch (not in it) if that makes sense because of the wind. So you either have shut the door properly or wedge it open.
