    The other toilet, of a similar design: ball cock and same green top siphon and lever (missing the handle cover, needs a good few hard pulls of the lever for it to flush. Same issue?

    I would need to turn the water off, drain, then disconnect the handle, dish the rest of the water out and take the siphon out, replacing the rubber or the whole thing?
