    It’s hard to see in the photos. Could be magnesite but it would fail quick now you have a moisture suppressant on it. You should have used epoxy really. You be best using a moisture tolerant compound now. Ardex na , fball 1200 pro , bosmtik cl955 advanced

    Cat trims I’d say are better. Not sure what’s going on with SR at the minute. Had problems with my last 3 orders. Twin trims the top section not on correct. Also scratches on bendy bulls.

    Ardex NA is still the best for that situation. I use them all. Should have used 2 units really. Fball should have told you not to spilt a bag up and you won’t get the mix exactly correct. Are the tiles glued direct to the asphalt ?

    As the locking system is thin it breaks easy so they sell underlay at 1-1.5mm. Read the spec of the one you look to buy.

    Not sensible. You can’t use laminate underlay with LVT click. To soft and thick. You need LVT underlay if it doesn’t have one in. Go 9mm plywood or 6mm if it’s flat. Maybe go glue down LVT. Moduleo Layred and quickstep alpha are the best LVT clicks on the market.

    Scrape up anything loose Prime sub floor with water or 8-1 primer Screed floor at 3-4mm with one of these Ardex na Bostik CL955 advanced Mapei na Fball 1200 Pro Kerakoll pro flow Then Dpm it. Has to be a epoxy Ardex dpm1c or fball F77 is what we use

    Possible asbestos tiles, sealing only parts of the floor

    Get the builder or the floorlayer to get the tiles up. Wet them , double bag them and you will be fine. Then do a Dpm butty as that floor needs it.
